Your data on this website

This website collects personal data through two forms only: job applications and contact messages. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

Job applications

What we collect:

the position you apply for
your full name
your phone or WhatsApp number
your email address (optional)
your CV (PDF, Word, JPG, or PNG)
a short message (optional)

This data is used only for PT Sinar Runnerindo’s recruitment. Applications are sent to the company’s HR email and kept in a website dashboard that only the HR team can open. CV files are stored in a server folder that cannot be opened from the internet.

Application data is kept for as long as recruitment needs it. You can ask for your data and CV to be deleted at any time at hr@sinarrunnerindo.com.

Contact messages

The contact form collects the topic, your name, your company or institution (optional), your email or phone number, and your message. It is used only to answer your message, is sent to the email address the company has assigned, and is kept in the website dashboard.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
The Google map on the Contact page only loads after you press “Show map”; from then on, Google’s privacy policy applies.
To block repeated spam submissions, your IP address is stored in scrambled form for at most 15 minutes.

Your rights

You have the right to see, correct, and ask for deletion of your data, and to withdraw the consent you gave. For applications, write to hr@sinarrunnerindo.com. For contact messages, call us on +62 22 5891445.
